Notes
Ascension Monuments Media advertised and sold this 7" EP as a limited edition of 100 copies, stating they were pressed as a bonus item to be included in the deluxe edition of the 'The First Sub-Level Of Suicide' picture LP, and that these copies are from the vinyl over-run. This version of the 7" was sold as coming in a hand-screen printed jacket with a blue Leviathan crescent moon symbol on the front side and a small red AMM logo symbol on the back. On the B-side there is a screen-printed image of the Leviathan crescent moon in white on the vinyl itself.
The true limitation is unknown, as copies numbered out of 200 were sent to customers who purchased the record. These copies are housed in a plain black sleeve with a cut-and-paste Leviathan crescent moon on the front and a small AMM logo pasted on the back.
