Titled "Coe For The Record" on the back of the insert and the back of the inlay."The coat David Allan Coe is wearing in these pictures is an original made by "Nudie" of Hollywood. During his appearance at the 1984 Willie Nelson Fourth of July Picnic, David removed the coat and threw it to his screaming fans, who promptly tore it to shreds, hoping to take home a piece of history."
