Swegas - Beyond The Ox download free

Although Swegas' ‎"Child Of Light" was quite commonly found in bargain/deletions bins in the mid 1970s, I'd never come across this one until recently. As far as I recalled they were some sort of Blood Sweat & Tears inspired outfit, more so than Trend label mates Warm Dust. So, intrigued to learn of an earlier album (often the first is the best by such bands), I researched and eventually got to hear it. Little to distinguish this though, the same mix of styles if a little less instrumental. So, it would seem they were progressing - as the earlier unreleased demo album (which you can listen to at: http://www.swegas.com/discography.html ) also documents other tracks on the tape box including Joe Cocker covers, which shows where they'd come from, thus where they were going was much more interesting.
